Spiced Pumpkin Soup

A seasonal Autumn Winter favourite. Most soup is cheap but as pumpkins offer so much flesh this is particularly good for a group! Carving pumpkins are edible but tend to be a bit tasteless and watery so make sure you add root veg like carrot or sweet potato to boost its flavour.

Lots of people, children AND adults think they won't like this soup and then have seconds and thirds!
